Choctaw Nation Career Development Program
The Choctaw Nation Career Development Program is now offering an additional $100 incentive to Choctaw Tribal
Members who obtain the Career Readiness Certificate Plus(CRC+)!
Members who earn their CRC+ at Tulsa Tech should fax a copy of their CRC+ certificate and their
tribal membership to 580-920-1514 or they may mail it to the address listed below. The Choctaw Member must also
complete the Career Development Program Application if he/she is not a current client of the program. The
application may be completed online at www.choctawcareers.com
Additionally, the member will need to complete a W-9 form which can be obtained by calling the number below.
