Welcome to Online Entry Level Child Care Training
This Oklahoma DHS-required 20 hour course provides new staff with the knowledge needed to provide quality care for your children while helping each individual child develop to his or her full potential. It meets the child care center licensing requirement for the entry level training for the first 90 days of employment in Oklahoma. The course contains information and learning activities that stress the importance of the caregiver and of child care work.
Enrollment and Payment Information
- Course cost is $20. A book is provided at no additional cost.
- Payment may be cash, check, credit card, purchase order or third party billing.

Program Information
The course content is the same as the classroom course. Courses must be completed within ninety (90) days of course registration. A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of course.
- Access to a computer with high speed Internet connection is required. Dial-up will not support this course.
- After completing the enrollment process at Tulsa Tech you may begin your on-line training experience.
- Using your computer, go to the following internet address: www.cecpdonline.org/ATutor/login.php
- A sign-in screen will appear.
- Enter your username and password as assigned by Tulsa Tech
- Click on the login button to begin or re-start your training.
- Read and follow all instructions as directed.
- Upon successful completion of this course, print out and mail a copy of your certificate to:
