Licensed real estate sales associates, brokers or appraisers can take online courses to satisfy all or part of your CE requirements. (You must hold a renewable license).

Provisional Sales Associates: These continuing education courses do not count toward your 45-hour Post-License course requirement.

Online courses are very different from the traditional classroom experience. But for those who enjoy working independently, or who have time, transportation or other constraints, these courses offer a practical way to complete continuing education requirements.

For Real Estate licensees: You will need 12 hours of Core classes and 9 hours Elective, as shown in the column below.
