Financial Aid:
Financial assistance is available through several options at Tulsa Tech. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm and Thursday, 7:30am-6:00pm. Students applying for financial assistance through grants, sponsorships, waivers, or scholarships should begin the enrollment process well in advance of the start of classes. These types of financial aid can take six (6) weeks or longer to process. To apply for federal financial aid:
1) Register for your PIN at www.pin.ed.gov.
2) Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov. Tulsa Tech's code is 012572.

High school students may contact their high school’s counselor for specific deadlines. Both high school students and adults may contact the Admissions Office at 828-5260 for deadlines.
High school & adult prospective students wishing to apply for a full-time career major should:
1. Apply ON-LINE at www.tulsatech.edu/apply. Applications can also be obtained in the counseling offices on any of the campuses; at the Career Services Center located on the Memorial Complex, or by calling (918) 828-5200.
2. Submit documentation of Career Interest. A total of 70 admission points are possible for Career Interest. A minimum of 40 points is required.
Career Interest
Career Interest is determined by the PLAN test interest results (for high school students) or by the Career Cluster survey which is available on-line at www.tulsatech.edu or at the Career Services Center. Up to 50 points can be earned by the applicant's career interest results.
Program visits for both high school and adult applicants are available on Thursdays at 3:00 p.m., November through May. Please call (918 828-5250 for an appointment. Program visit points can also be earned by attending a Tulsa Tech Fair. 20 points can be earned by the applicant's program visit.
3. Submit documentation of Academic Preparedness.
Academic Preparedness
30 admission points are available for Academic Preparedness.
A minimum of 10 points is required for admission. Academic preparedness is determined by the following:
High School applicants may provide standardized test scores from the partner high school or applicants may take the Terra Nova test at the Assessment office of the Career Services Center. Testing is available Monday through Friday from 8:20 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and Thursday evenings until 6:00 p.m. Please call (918) 828-5290 for specific information.

4. Applicants meeting the recommended score are admitted, beginning with the highest score, until all available spaces are filled. Those applicants meeting the recommended scores, yet not accepted into the class due to space limitations will be put on a waiting list. If any applicant feels he/she has been improperly denied admission, a request for alternative admissions can be made.
Priority points are given to applicants with a complete admission file as of each round of selection. A complete file includes an application, career interest survey and academic points.

Conference/Meeting Room Use and Catering:
Tulsa Tech offers the general public and outside companies multiple and unique meeting spaces for any size group, catering can be provided at a small additional cost. Please visit the website for Conferencing and Catering Services.
Depending upon the size of your group, and other facility needs, such as A/V, sound, etc. costs may vary. Please contact us to discuss pricing for specific locations, (918) 828-5000.
Tulsa Tech campuses offer several meeting rooms with capacities between 26 and 60 people. Auditoriums are available to seat 285, 300, 500, or 600 people. The Riverside campus offers one classroom seating 20 people and a 20-workstation computer lab for public use.
