Small Business Management.
The successful small business owner must exhibit a wider variety of skills and knowledge than any other player in the business world. A lack of "working knowledge" in any area creates a weakness in the business that can prevent achievement of the full potential of the business.
Big businesses and franchises have access to internal and external sources of information and advice that are not normally available to small business. The Small Business Management Program was created in 1988 to fill this "resource gap" for owner/managed businesses in the Tulsa metropolitan area.
